Though I know I can’t be there

But I know I can’t stay away

So, I have to find a way

To be with you every moment, every day!!  

I am sitting a thousand miles away

Yet my thoughts travel to you

Do your hear them when they say?

I miss you!

Looking at the sparkle in your eyes

Or if ever they see you cry

Do you feel it when they touch you?

And kiss you!

Sitting on the bed or roaming on the street

Or When your heart skips a beat

Do you feel it when they hold your hand?

I am with you!

Every morning when you get up

And in the night when you go to sleep

Do you see that gaze from the corner of your eye?

When I look at you!

Though I know I can’t be there

But I know I can’t stay away

So, I have to find a way
